My name is Erin Riedasch.  I am ERBodywork.

Graduate of the Holistic Massage Therapy program from East-West Healing Arts Institute in 2003.  The education I received here gave me amazing groundwork for my career. 

From Swedish to Deep Tissue, gentle to sports style, no two treatments are alike.  Receiving regularly allows your body to becomes more efficient in its healing process. 

Over the years, I have happily obtained 272 hours to date of continuing education.  Courses that really inspired my path are Sports massage, as a former high school athlete, I rely on massage therapy to assist in my healing.   Applied Kinesiology and Orthopedic massage were game changers for my massage therapy career,  using more stretching and passive movement create more productive and functional results.  My Eastern studies gave me the foundation to feel and work with trigger points and meridians that assist the body in moving stagnation and bringing healthy blood flow. 

I am grateful I can do the work I do and I am certainly looking forward to where my path is heading!  

State licensed and National Board Certified in massage therapy since 2003.  I believe in holding higher standards for myself.

I aged.  I realized I needed to do more.

The skins needs hydration from fruits and vegetables and protection from harmful rays.  I read labels for products that I will be consuming through my skin or the air.  This schooling really inspired me to gain knowledge in food and body relationship.  I love to eat.  It does not hurt to eat balanced, just great planning. 

I believe in a work/life balance.  Quality time with family and friends is priceless.  Traveling when possible strengthens my connection to the world.
